Stepping Up is Australia's premier ceramics event which brings our community together. Held in Canberra, the program is designed to showcase ceramics by presenting important discourses and helping to expand skills and ideas.

The 2015 Triennale includes three days of conference presentations – keynote talks, panel discussions, individual artist's presentations; pre-conference master classes, exhibitions, a trade fair, a potters' market and, of course, a wealth of social events.

The conference program will extend across three locations:

Stepping Up is proud to offer three masterclasses for a range of levels, techniques and content led by world-renowned ceramists Fred Olsen, Janet DeBoos and Juz Kitson. There is only a limited number of tickets available so register now.

Announcing the MC for Australia's premier ceramics event: Janet DeBoos

Janet DeBoos has made, and is still making, a major impact on world contemporary ceramics. A member of the International Academy of Ceramics, Janet is an artist, advocate, widely published author, and renowned teacher. Formerly Head of the Ceramics Workshop, she is now Emeritus Fellow at the Australian National University.
